Privacy

Privacy Policy.

Effective date: August 27, 2026. This policy describes how KG Leads LLC, operating as Truscaling, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information, and the rights available to you.

1. Scope and who we are

This policy applies to this website, to the forms and booking tools embedded in it, to our communications with prospective and current clients, and to the personal information we handle in the course of delivering our services. It covers website visitors, people who inquire or apply to work with us, client personnel we work with during an engagement, and recipients of our communications.

The business is operated by KG Leads LLC, a Florida limited liability company registered to do business in California, operating under the Truscaling brand. References to "Truscaling," "we," "us," and "our" mean KG Leads LLC.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly. Depending on how you interact with us, this includes identifiers and contact details such as your first and last name, email address, and phone number; professional and commercial information such as your company name, website, revenue range, service pricing, lead generation channels, and your answers to our application and contact form questions; the content of messages you send us; scheduling information when you book a call, including the appointment time and any details you attach to it; and records of the consents you give, such as the text message consent described in section 7.

Information collected during an engagement. If you become a client, we collect the business information reasonably necessary to perform the services: information about your offer, brand, market, existing web presence, marketing accounts, and business goals, along with the working materials produced during the engagement.

Information collected automatically. The embedded forms and booking calendar set cookies and similar technologies required for them to function, including bot protection, and present cookie consent prompts where required by law. Our hosting infrastructure maintains standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, used for security and operations. We do not currently operate website analytics, advertising pixels, or cross site tracking on this site.

What we deliberately do not collect. We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, government identifiers, or account passwords through this website. If you are asked for any of those on a page claiming to be ours, do not provide them, and tell us through the contact form.

3. How we use personal information

We use the information described above for the following purposes: to respond to inquiries and applications and to prepare for and conduct the calls you request; to evaluate mutual fit before an engagement, using the information you chose to share in the application; to deliver, administer, and improve our services during an engagement; to send administrative and follow up communications you would reasonably expect, such as confirmations, reminders, requested materials, and follow ups after an application or inquiry; to send text messages where you have expressly consented, as described in section 7; to maintain the security and integrity of our website, systems, and records; to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and to comply with legal obligations; and to enforce our agreements.

Where the law of your jurisdiction requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one, for handling applications, calls, and engagements; consent, for text messaging and any marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time; and legitimate interests, for operating and securing the website, responding to messages, and maintaining business records, balanced against your rights.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We have not done either in the preceding twelve months.

4. AI assisted service delivery

Part of how we deliver our services involves third party artificial intelligence tools, including Anthropic's Claude, operating on their providers' cloud infrastructure. We use these tools for market and keyword research, website and search presence audits, drafting and editing website copy, layouts, and other deliverables, and preparing analyses used in our work. As a result, business information that a prospective or current client shares with us, such as company details, offer descriptions, brand materials, and engagement goals, may be processed by these tools on our behalf, strictly for service delivery and for no other purpose.

We maintain two standing restrictions on this processing, which we treat as rules rather than aspirations:

Client customer records are excluded. We do not enter the personal information of our clients' own customers, leads, or contacts into AI tools. AI assisted work operates on the client's business information, not on the client's customers' personal information.

Credentials are excluded. We do not enter passwords, API keys, or other access credentials into AI tools, and our working practice is that clients enter their own credentials directly into the systems that require them rather than transmitting them to us.

We do not use AI tools to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning any individual, and no automated profiling of that kind takes place. Human beings run this business, review AI assisted work, and make the decisions.

5. How we disclose personal information

We disclose personal information only as described here, to the following categories of recipients: service providers that process it on our behalf under contractual restrictions, namely our customer relationship and communications platform, which powers our forms, booking calendar, email, and text messaging; our website hosting and deployment providers; our source code hosting provider, where client website code is maintained in private repositories; and the AI providers described in section 4; professional advisers, such as accountants or counsel, where reasonably necessary; authorities or other parties where required by law, including to comply with legal process, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and property of any person; and a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to govern until amended as described in section 14.

Each service provider receives only the information its function requires. We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not share phone numbers with third parties for their marketing.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The embedded forms and booking calendar use cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate, including spam and bot protection, and present a consent prompt where required. These are functional, not advertising, technologies. We do not currently use analytics cookies or advertising pixels on this site. If we introduce analytics, advertising technologies, or a chat feature in the future, this policy will be updated before they take effect, and if any chat feature involves an automated assistant, it will be clearly labeled as automated so that you always know whether you are speaking with a person.

7. Text messages and other communications

We send text messages only where you have expressly consented, for example by checking the consent box on a form. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything, and your phone number will not be shared with third parties for their marketing. Transactional email related to your inquiry, application, or appointment is sent as part of the service you requested; any marketing email would include an unsubscribe mechanism and would only follow from your consent.

8. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, determined by: the duration of an active conversation, application process, or engagement; the period needed afterward for business records, tax, accounting, and legal defense purposes; and any period required by applicable law. Client deliverables and website code are retained for the duration of the engagement and thereafter as agreed with the client. When information is no longer needed under these criteria, we delete it or render it non identifiable.

9. Security

We maintain administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business and the nature of the information we handle, including limiting collection in the first place, restricting access to those who need it, using reputable service providers, keeping client website code in private repositories, and excluding credentials and client customer records from AI processing as described in section 4. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information: to know whether we process it and to access a copy; to correct inaccuracies; to request deletion; to receive it in a portable format; to object to or request restriction of certain processing; and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, provides rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, the right to non discrimination for exercising those rights, and rights to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. The categories of information we collect, the purposes, and the categories of recipients are set out in sections 2, 3, and 5.

Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. The rights above apply as provided by the GDPR and UK GDPR, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our services are directed to businesses in the United States; if you contact us from these regions, your information will be processed in the United States as described in section 13.

Exercising your rights. Submit a request through the contact form. We will verify your request using the information associated with your records, respond within the time required by applicable law, and will not discriminate against you for exercising any right. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

11. Third party sites

This site links to client websites and other third party sites. Their privacy practices are their own, governed by their policies, and this policy does not apply to them.

12. Children

Our services are directed to businesses and their adult representatives. This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Where information is processed

We are located in the United States, and the service providers described in this policy process information in the United States. If you access this site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

14. Changes to this policy

When we make changes, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.

15. How to contact us

Questions, concerns, or requests regarding this policy or your personal information can be submitted through the contact form. We respond to every legitimate request.
